Employment is one of the most important factors in preventing or minimising reoffending. We are looking at partnering with employers, who are willing to look beyond the stereotype and become a Clean Slate employer. Employment will only be given after a full assessment of an Ex-offender. This process will also give them the confidence that they can apply for a position without fear of repercussion on the disclosure of their past.
Our Employers Directory will only make your chosen contact details available when vacancies are advertised. They will know that, if you have a vacancy, they can disclose their criminal record in the confidence that it will not automatically exclude them from the recruitment process.
